NSGA Winter Harbor is a part of The CLASSIC WIZARD System. All the people who maintain and operate the Classic Wizard System - Worldwide, are trained at NSGA Winter Harbor.

NSGA Winter Harbor was designated as an "isolated and remote" station by Congress in 1989 for MWR classification purposes.
